Solid Mattress, issues with the unboxing experience and customer service

So far my girlfriend and I have enjoyed the mattress. However, during the un-boxing process, we noticed that the mattress (foam) was situated the wrong way in the enclosing that in came in, and we had to rearrange it. There was also a small chunk (~ 1 cubic inch) that was cut out from one of the corners. We debated returning it and requesting a new one, but did not as we had initially had a poor experience with customer service, and felt this would take too long. When we first ordered the mattress, it seemed like it took a long time to process the order, so we wanted to check in and make sure that everything was OK. I was unable to reach anyone at Casper via web-based chat, email or phone (despite sitting on the phone for over an hour).

Would recommend ordering a Casper mattress to friends

I received my Casper mattress almost a month ago and very happy with it.It is softer than my previous mattress, but quite comfortable. If it were firmer, I would have given it 5 Stars.I never thought that I would order a mattress online, but I am pleased with the whole experience.

My back feels so much better!

I'd put off getting a new mattress for way too long. I checked Consumers Report, and the Casper was the highest-rated, just like it was a year ago. I ordered mine on 7/2. It arrived on 7/5, and I slept on it that night. The next morning my back (finally) felt so much better!

It was easy to unpack and get it on my bed. I purchased a medium and it is very soft. I should have purchased a Firm.
