We hadno problem with the unpacking; thought it would monstrously heavy since it is a king but two adults can handle this task just fine. It came to life within 4 hours or so; wr let it sit overnight just to be sure it was ready. It is so firm when you first lie on it but your body adjusts and the mattress seems to adjust to your body as well. No complaints so far. Great sleep, good temp, re omnend it to anyone looking for a good mattress. Dont have to flip it either, just turn it. So far, so good! Happy sleep!
