Delivery was simple and easy. Unboxing was fun, especially watching the mattress inflate to its full size.
We ordered a twin mattress for our twelve year old whose old memory foam mattress had developed an incline so significant that he would roll right out of bed.
He says that this mattress is so much better. It's firm and level (a big plus over the old one) and we've noticed its so comfy that its difficult to get him out of bed! He will even voluntarily retire to his room to lay on his bed to read or relax.
We highly recommend this mattress for your active tween!

I liked the shipping updates so that I knew exactly when to expect the mattress. Unboxing went well, and opening the mattress on the frame was a good idea. We were able to sleep on it the very first night, and got used to it right away. All in all, a very professional and customer oriented shopping experience form start to finish. It was easy to open and was ready to sleep on very quickly. It's super comfortable and I feel like I sleep very well.
