[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is good quality. The delivery took for ever. I don't know if the box got lost, but the box came in a very bad shape.The company never contacted me to notify about the delay, but we bought it around July 4th and we got around July 20th!Maybe I am old fashion, but this mattress is not for me. Too hard. I feel like I'm floating, It doesn't adjust to the contour of your body. I haven't had a good night sleep after trying it for a month.I am returning it!

I have lower back pain from time to time but ever since I started sleeping on this mattress I haven’t had any. This is by far the best mattress I have ever had. I will definitely be a returning customer.

DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS! Worst mattress I ever purchased. I bought this about 3 years again and it’s turned to garbage. There is no more support to this thing and I followed all there instructions. I wake up everyday to the most incredible back pain. How does a mattress after three years lose all its support. I cringe every night when I have to go to bed because I know the pain I will wake up with in the morning. Do you self a favor and spend a little extra money and get a REAL mattress.

I like it, I sleep much more soundly than I did on my other mattress. I think it’s overpriced though, I still wake up with a little bit of back pain.

My husband and I bought our Casper mattress on a whim, we’ve had the same mattress for over five years and before that it belonged to my parents who had it for over 15 years! We never thought it was a big deal, a mattress is a mattress, right? We were so wrong. We woke up every day on our old mattress with hurting backs and aching that we chalked up to us getting older but since we’ve had our Casper mattress our back pain has significantly reduced, we’re sleeping more soundly (I used to toss and turn ALL night) and we feel better rested. We definitely recommend this to anyone one the fence about purchasing!
