Great value but slow shipping

My only complain isn’t with the mattress itself but with the fact that I still haven’t received the bed frame I ordered with it. The mattress is fantastic quality and a great value for the price.

Box was heavy but manageable. Speed of self-inflation was more rapid than anticipated but I was still able to maneuver the mattress in place in time. Wife would give the mattress five stars; I'm enjoying the "comfortable firmness" but my lower back problem makes it hard to objectively rank. After one week, I'd say four stars with a strong potential for five. We have a 15 year old Sleep Number queen that we've enjoyed but its foam edging is kaput and remote control is gone. My only real concern with that was the air mattress was cooler than other mattresses when getting into bed. While that is good in the warm months, it's not so good in the cold months. My concern with the Casper foam is just the reverse, but it hasn't seemed too warm this past week (we have air conditioning however).
