That and a high rating by Consumer Reports cinched the deal for us. The entire ordering/delivery process was seamless. I purchased the foundation and queen size mattress. Both were EXTREMELY easy to set up...no tools required! The Casper is firmer than my previous latex mattress, so I'm slowly adjusting. I have serious back pain due to work and my old mattress was exacerbating the issue. I've noticed that my back pain in no worse, and may even be improving a bit. I would definitely recommend a Casper to anyone looking for a supportive, yet comfortable rest!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered two XL Twins, which were delivered as promised and intact. They appear well made and are very comfortable. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is that they are new and to give a 5, I need to see if they last.
