[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far my experience has been good!I was afraid the bed would be to firm at first.However it offers the right amount of support and softness.It’s great for a side sleeper like me!And all and all I was generally pleased with the cost,I haven’t received my bed frame yet.That’s my fault for not realizing it wasn’t gonna be delivered until October but for the bedframe,mattress and mattress protector I paid under $1800 and it’s well worth it

Horrible setup experience

I had a VERY unpleasant delivery experience, beginning with UPS not delivering my package so I had to go pick it up myself! I purchased this mattress because of lower back pain so for me, a 5’3” petite female to have to lug this 73 pound mattress up two flights of stairs was not ideal! To make matters worse, I thought unrolling it would be easy since it’s supposed to be vacuum SEALED and not inflate. However, the mattress was NOT sealed and began inflating immediately once I unrolled it, despite watching several setup videos of these mattresses that show that it needs to be cut open in order to inflate. This made it even worse to drag up two flights of stairs. It kept slipping out of the unsealed bag becuase it was open on BOTH ends getting all dirty before I even had a chance to use it. Ridiculous. Now my back is killing me. This was not what imagined at all! And now after reading all the negative reviews on other sites about horrible sagging after about 2 years it makes me feel very uneasy. Im happy I didnt get rid of my old mattress just yet.

The best EVER

We were introduced to Casper by a friend and when we needed to replace our mattress we didn’t hesitate and have zero regrets! It is the best mattress we have ever owned. We also got the foundation and it’s the nicest looking “box spring” ever.

Why did I wait so long?!

After 23 years, my old foam mattress gave up the ghost. I purchased an innerspring one from a company that features barnyard animals dancing on clouds. However, for the last 4 years I feel like I have been sleeping on the Rock of Gibraltar ! Tossing all night trying to find a soft spot that was not there.
Yesterday my Casper arrived. Very helpful customer service answered all my questions. It shipped right away ..ordered it on Monday and got it on Thursday.
Very easy to get out of the box and unwrap. Absolutely NO Odor whatsoever !! Best night's sleep I've had since 2015 !!!
