[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a king size Casper mattress, frame and foundation. It was shipped fairly quickly and easy to set up. I gave it 4 stars because my husband loves it, the dogs do too. He would give it a 5 and I would give it a 3 so we settle on 4. The bed is comfortable for laying/sleeping for the most part. I tend to set up and read in bed and my butt sinks in and goes numb. When I am sleeping the mattress "sucks" you in so a bit of work to get out, lol. It also holds in a TON of heat, which my husband loves because he is always cold. I am warm so I'm not a fan. Our dogs just love the mattress, should by an extra bed so we have more room....

I toss and turn all night and my wife is seeing a chiropractor

I know its been 6 months but I wanted to let you know that we are not happy or satisfied with our mattress at all. It started about 3 months in where I started to toss and turn because I couldn’t get comfortable. Now I haven’t had a good night sleep in several months. I know this to be true because I travel every couple of months and when I am on the road, I sleep like a baby and don’t move all night long. It has started to affect my wife who is going to a chiropractor because her hips and legs hurt so much. Again, I realize this response is 6 months late but do you have any type of refund policy for such an extreme case.Thank you.Lou Protonentis.

Better than my my pillow top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable. Bought the mattress for the guest room and have switched out my mattress for the Casper. More firm but much more supportive and comfortable than the pillow top mattress I had.

There are lots of foam products out there. It took 2 days to acclimate to home temperature (day 1 this "old" dummy too cold). In defense of that I have had heated water bed (W.B.) for 20 years. A couple of industrial accidents and one LuLu of a motorcycle wreck made the W.B. the logical choice. With Casper the might's sleep is as comfortable and refreshing as the old system and getting up in the morning is not like swimming up stream at Niagara Falls. (Have to be there to understand HA)

I did not realize being a side sleeper I should have been using a softer mattress, so Casper is perfect.Also, as a petite person, I like that its a smaller profile so its easier to get in and out of..Only 2 weeks in but Im loving it..
