Easy to get out of the box and set up. I purchased this for my motorhome, so don't use it often. I slept on it one night so far. I will be using my motorhome more often as this was the most comfortable sleep ever. I have an $8000 mattress at home and I prefer the Casper.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two Casper mattresses, one king and one queen. Whenever I have guests they ask me where I got my mattress from because they notice how comfortable it was. I would never buy another mattress.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I loved the mattress. She likes more firm mattresses while I feel better with more plush ones but our Casper feels like the right balance between plush and firm for both of us. We can't feel each other's movements while being able to sleep well all night. Apart from being highly priced from other options out there I don't see any disadvantages.

Setting it up was super easy. We took it out of the box, put it on top of the box spring, unrolled and unwrapped it, and listened to it air up(which was weird and cool). Since I was going from a spring mattress to this one, it was suggested that I give it some time before I came to a conclusion about it, but that wasn't necessary. It's been comfy since the first night I slept on it. I feel like I sleep better, too.
Let me start off by saying that I’ve wanted this mattress since college. I said when I start making good money, I was going to buy it. Well, I bought it. Unfortunately it failed my expectations and exceeded them at the same time. This mattress fixed back problems I didn’t even know I had. I always thought my back issues were caused by posture, sitting down at work, etc, but Casper proved that my pillow-top mattress was causing chaos to my spine. Casper is by far the best mattress for my back and EVERYONE should be given this level of comfort at night. I sleep like a mummy on my back with my arms to the side for most of the night and end up rolling to my sides in the morning. I’m female, 150 lbs, in my late 20s, BUT I live in South Texas. I ordered this mattress during the cooler season, around October. Now I’m used to 115 degrees 9 or 10 months out of the year and keep my air con at 80 degrees (but I’ve been known to bump it up to 82). THAT is how hot I like it, but the Casper mattress made me sweat and sweat and sweat all though the night, forcing me to wake up smelly and in a puddle. I swear I sweat less in the South Texas humidity when it’s 100 degrees out, and like I said, I tried this mattress in the colder season. I can just imagine it during the Texas summer. I honestly couldn’t take it and decided to return it. I didn’t want to get a gel mattress topper to cool it down, because I didn’t want to change the support the memory foam provided. If I ever decide to move to Alaska, I’ll buy this mattress again in a heartbeat which is why I can’t bring myself to give it lower than 3 stars. My back mourns letting it go, but my first night back on a non-memory foam mattress and I was in sweats with 2 covers on. I also loved that they donated the mattress to a good cause!
