[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used many of top rated mattresses (including Temper-pedic), Select Comfort and other mattresses). Based on a survey, it indicated a medium-firm mattresses would best serve my mattress needs.I purchased The Casper and I am almost at the end of my 100-day free trial, however, I'm keeping it!BTW, I have to describe The Casper mattress as being rather FIRM. It's OK though since with time, I've have mattresses soften somewhat over time. So far, the Casper mattress is as firm as it was upon receipt. Chose the model that works for you. If you're unsure about what mattress type to choose, you can complete an online personal evaluation on what type/brand of mattress would be best - based on your online profile results, is how I landed here and bought The Casper.James R.San Francisco, CA

We’ve had our Casper mattress for 2 weeks and love it. A just right mixture of softness and firmness. And honestly, no problems getting used to this mattress after my 15 yr old innerspring. We were leery of buying a mattress without trying it out, but with 100 days to try it at home and jillion’s of reviews, including YouTube videos, we decided to take the plunge. Honestly, I hate mattress stores. Annoying salespeople working on A SALE while I bounce from bed to bed and forget what any one mattress feels like. We are SO glad we decided to get a Casper. We got a king size with the Casper split king adjustable base (you can sync both to work on a single controller) and now all the humans, dogs, and cats are sleeping like babies!

However, the most impressive part is that my wife, who was a huge skeptic for ordering a mattress and a box, is no telling all of our friends how very much she enjoys sleeping on our Casper mattress. Mind you, she is seven months pregnant and it is a miracle that she can get comfort!
