[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great mattress, we have only had it a couple of weeks and my husband has taken over the bed, instead of his side he is sprawled out in the middle ! I’m still trying to get use to the pillow, might take another few weeks, I’m not waking I with back aches anymore which is great !

Good mattress, but far from life-changing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good mattress. I was impressed with the ease and the speed of setting it up. Despite liking it overall, I would not consider this the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. I do not like how when sitting on the edge of the mattress, you can feel the seams.

Shipping took 10 days, which is an eternity considering our online culture of one-day shipping, etc. The smell was so overpowering that I woke up with headaches for the first week. I accepted all of this and tried to power through but started developing hip and back pain last week that would start around the 3-4 hour mark of sleep. Not supportive enough for a plus-sized person.. I also think the curating of reviews is dishonest and that customers deserve to see the concerns of a 1-star or 2-star submission. Have gotten a more supportive mattress from a different company for 1/3 of the price.

In the past we've owned 2 different types of Temperpedic mattresses which cost more than double the $ and after fighting for months on a warranty issue we decided to do research for an alternative. After reading reviews and speaking with a friend who owned a Casper, we decided to get a King Casper for our 5the wheel trailer. Unbeknownst to us, a RV king is about 6 in smaller than a standard size so we unboxed our Casper with much excitement only to start to panic as we realized that it was far to big for our bed platform! I contacted customer service to ask what could be done, they said these things happen and they would make it right. Within 3 days a company picked up the mattress to donate to charity and our financing was refunded within an hour of me submitting an email picture of the pickup paperwork! I them went back online, purchased a queen, a mattress protector and 2 Casper pillows. We recieved all new products 2 days later and are so very pleased with our new Casper!!! The pillows weren't fluffy enough for us as side sleepers but they emailed me postage paid return lables and we should recieve a refund on those soon. Exceptional customer service is extremely rare nowadays yet Casper has made us lifetime loyal customers with their kind, professional service agents and for providing such an amazing shopping experience and the best night's sleep EVER! Thank you Casper for making outstanding products and for taking such great care of us!!!

I love the Casper mattress. I bought one for each of my two bedrooms. The problem is I cant get my dog off the bed. She loves it so much. We both do. It was easy to un box but the mattress was heavy for me to undo by myself. Worth it though.
