[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good purchasing experience online. Mattress was shipped within a week after I placed the order. The mattress is a good height. It is a nice firm mattress. The first night I slept in it I felt good the next morning. If I need another mattress, I would definitely consider purchasing another Casper mattress.

Unboxing? Yes, I called my son to assist. All you need is scissors! Learned that I hadn't taught him to make a bed so it was a teachable moment for me.
First night? Took me a night to acclimate. Since then, I haven't had a tossing/turning restless night. I had been sleeping on a very old mattress - one that I had subjected guests to use. I have written to apologize to visitors from the last ten years to let them know that I have learned a lesson.
As I have aged, my children have been pushing me to replace my mattress. Aching back? Mom, how's your mattress? On and on. We can now move on to other topics.

I really had high hopes for this mattress. And I wanted to love it. But my back has been in agonizing pain ever since sleeping on it. It’s like sleeping on a rock . It’s so hard. ... I don’t sink in at all. It doesn’t seem to hug my body or support my back at all. Very disappointed and I will be sending it back soon and trying Tempur-pedic or something a bit higher end . It does sleep cool though I’ll give it that.
