very supportive and comfortable

We ordered the mattress and it was delivered promptly. It came in a big box and was easy to get out, unroll, and place on frame. We used our previous frame, which was firm enough to support the Casper mattress. We had read many reviews and knew that there were complaints about the chemical smell in the mattress. There definitely was a strong chemical smell that took weeks to become tolerable. We even took the mattress outside on our porch in freezing Michigan February weather to try to air it out. That did not help, so we sprayed it with Febreeze, but that did not help. After consulting with a representative from Casper, we removed the mattress cover and washed it, which helped a little, then we washed it second time. On slightly warmer days we opened our bedroom windows to try to dissipate the odor. It took over 6 months before we stopped noticing the chemical smell. If the mattress was not extremely comfortable, we would have returned it, but we love how it sleeps. I don't know if our mattress was an exception, but the odor was really strong.

Mattress ok but delivery set up SUVKS!

The so-called “white glove” delivery service, XPO logistics, is a joke! They totally over commit their delivery guys! Delivery scheduled between 3 and 7pm; they showed up at 8:30pm and they still had 2 more deliveries to make. Left behind pieces of packing material; scratched my wood floors! Casper doesn’t care! Too expensive of a mattress, frame and accessories to have this kind of a delivery experience! Don’t waste your $$!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t give an accurate review yet, because I am still waiting for the odor from the mattress to go away so I can sleep on it overnight. We bought the mattress for our spare room so we could try it out before getting a king size for our room. I am very sensitive to odors, so as soon as I can really try out the mattress, I will give a better review. Thank you!

I absolutely love my Casper! My partner and I needed a new mattress ASAP bc our old one was causing back pain. I was skeptical about ordering a Casper, but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to give it a try. We’re on week 3 and I no longer have low back pain. As a stomach sleeper, the medium firmness is perfect! I now can sleep throughout the entire night without waking up in pain. So glad we went with a Casper, it’s been amazing!

Very nice mattress
