[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. We've had the Casper for a couple of weeks and sleep has been great. Didn't take long to adjust to the feel of the mattress. With two people sleeping in the bed, one person moving around doesn't disturb the other sleeper. Not sure about people who've complained about heat. We've had no issue with heat. Firmness is perfect.

I love the Casper now and sleep great throughout the night and wake up refreshed with no shoulder or back pain.
