Disappointed at how firm the mattress is. I researched mattresses before buying & picked the Casper because it was one of the recommended mattresses by a "leading consumer magazine". And it was rated as less firm than some of the other recommended ones; however moving from a pillowtop mattress to this mattress we find it to be a little too firm. And a this price point, I don't think we should have to pay hundreds to buy a mattress topper to make it softer. We've had it for 2 months but will probably be returning it. Bummer.

I like the Casper mattress but however when I bought it I should have gotten the base I kept the one that I have and it is not good it makes the mattress just as bad as the previous mattress

I’m not a foam guy- 230 lbs needs springs. The wife is ok with it when I am not in it with her, but rolls into me when I am.
