Good economical option, takes time to break in

I ordered a Purple and a Saatva mattress as well. Casper was the most comfortable and the cheapest of the three. I have a feeling like it will need to be replaced in 5-7 years, but for now, it's a good option.

Although the mattress is soft and comfortable to sit or lounge on, for me it is too firm for sleeping. I am a side sleeper, and at 5'8", my 120 lb. body does not have enough weight at the shoulders or hips to sink into the foam enough for comfort. Since switching to Casper in June, I have gone through 3 different pillows trying to find one that sets my head at the correct height relative to my shoulder throughout the night. I also find myself waking up with my head smashed against the headboard because I migrate up at night due to being completely on top of the foam. I do appreciate that I don't disturb my partner when I get up early in the morning, and he has been sleeping much better since the switch. He is 6'0" and 185 lbs. If I can find the right pillow, the Casper will be more tolerable, however if I had known my size+sleep position was not compatible I would have tried a different option. I did not return because my partner likes the mattress, and I am not very confident I'll be able to find a mattress that offers the benefits of Casper that actually works for my size.

I bought a King. Be warned - these are heavy, even in the box. I do not recommend doing any of this solo on the larger mattresses. The box is not easy to get up stairs; the size of the box makes the handles irrelevant, unfortunately. And don't even try to remove the plastic without scissors or a box cutter (be careful). But the mattress IS sooooo comfortable. Difference from a traditional spring is like night and day. I don't feel any movement from the other side of the bed so I get a full night's sleep. Just a tip - for a King mattress, get California King sheets for a better fit.
