Bed went bad and they will not honor the 10 year warranty, Will not even call me back.

Good mattress - tough set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like the Casper its much better than our old mattress, hard to say how much that's because the other mattress was really old. We bought it at a Casper store rather than online so we got to lay on it a little while. That experience was really good, no pressure and very helpful. Setup was not quite as easy as they make it seem. We needed both a new platform and the mattress. Both boxes were over 100 lbs so not very easy to move (we bought a King). My wife and I had to struggle but we did get it all set up and now it's fine. Just beware if you are by yourself you'll probably need help to set it up and if you have any stairs to deal with (we didn't) it may be challenging even with a couple of strong people.

Super soft to the touch. It’s perfectly balanced between firm but not too firm and soft but not too soft. Whenever I change positions (I roll around a lot in my sleep) the mattress conforms to my body shape. Truly excellent! In hindsight I should’ve bought a worse mattress, as it’s hard to get out of bed in the morning.

I was very excited to get my new Casper mattress! I got to try it out at one of their showrooms and purchased one on the spot. My 2-year-old mattress claimed it was soft, but it was like sleeping on a rock. I prefer a little sinkage especially since I’m mainly a side sleeper and love the cradling feeling to keep me warm which helps me fall asleep faster. Like many others bed-in-a-box, it was very easy, and the bed surprisingly came to normal fluffyness in time for bed, even when I unraveled it in the late afternoon. I’m happy!
