Too much sink

I bought this mattress couple years ago.
Can’t sleep on my side anymore cause my torso sinks too much , so I can’t rest my arms in any way that’s comfortable. I wake up every morning stiff and now have chronic back pain. I constantly cannot sleep… overall, basically the Mattress sinks too much for Me. Maybe because I’m tall I weigh too much, not sure…
