Great mattress and great customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have loved our Casper. We recently bought a king. We’ve had our 2 kids a dog and car on it. I had no idea when anyone moved or got in/out during the night. We originally thought our foundation didn’t fit our bed frame. We contacted customer service who set up return. After finding out it was user error. We contacted them and they reversed the return with no questions asked. Great customer care!!
