Former Firm Sleeper Gets a Wake Up Call

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how much better sleep is with Casper.I've always slept on firmer mattresses because I hated the feeling of feather beds swallowing me up. I also sleep hot, and hated waking up sweating. I thought 'soft' would mean sleeping hot with no support - I didn't know how great a soft, supportive mattress could be before I tried this one!I took a nap on one to try it out before buying and was startled by how comfortable it felt. I love it!

Best dog bed

Our pup is 12 years old and gets uncomfortable laying down for long periods of time. He typically will get up and adjust sleeping positions wherever he decides he’s going to lay. He also often rather sleep on our bed in past over his previous bed. From the moment we laid his new Casper bed down he immediately jumped right in. He loves that bed and seems to barely adjust his positions. We don’t even have to tell him to go to bed he will often just go in his own throughout the day. I’m really happy with this purchase. (Our pup is 10lbs so we went with the small blue Casper bed)

The greatest mattress ever!

I decided to try this bed and it is amazing the difference it has made in my sleep! I love this bed and would highly recommend it to anyone who is having sleep issues or otherwise!

My husband and I ordered a Casper mattress, or first bed in a box experience. We got it in three days! Unboxing was so fun! Almost no offgassing and nearly instant expansion. The mattress was beautiful and looked very made with a nice zippered cover. We slept on it that first night and it was too firm, but we figured we'd give it the time they recommend to break in a new mattress. After 6 weeks, we knew it was just too firm for us. However, this is where it gets even better! I started the return process and they were very understanding and helpful every step of the way! They worked hard to try to find a place to donate the mattress (which I love!) And when local laws prevented that, they made sure they got a junk removal company scheduled for us, so the mattress wasn't sitting at our house for too long. We had one issue where someone forgot to process the receipt I sent from the mattress removal, but that's why I always call to confirm, little mistakes happen and when I called they apologized and processed it immediately. After that, the refund was prompt and we had completed our mattress return! So, even though the mattress wasn't a good fit for us, I would highly recommend casper for their excellent customer service and well made products!
