I thought it would be difficult to unbox the queen casper on it's own because it is so heavy. But, it is very comfortable and cozy! With two people it was simple and quick to set up.

I sleep all right but I wake up with a terrible pain in my neck and shoulder I asked the company if they can send me a pillow or had they told me to buy a plywood and put it under the mattress probably my last purchase with them.

We've had a king-sized mattress a couple of weeks and I have to say I am impressed. The bed arrived as expected, and very well packaged. We chose to put it together ourselves and that was very easy. The most difficult part is getting the mattress to the second floor of the house. We're also pleasantly surprised to find the mattress very comfortable. After 2 weeks, we feel a big difference. We're sleeping better and the bed is very comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’m a fan of the Casper mattress. It’s soft, yet super supportive. There was a chemical smell when we first opened that took awhile to subside; I’m told that’s normal for foam-based mattresses but sometimes I still think I get a whiff here and there. It’s significantly lower than our previous mattress, which isn’t a huge deal. I’m very pleased with our purchase.
