I was surprised at how easy the process was. Just had to get the box upstairs, take the mattress out, and undo the wrapper. Had a little difficulty getting it out of the box, but only took 10 minutes for the whole process. I'm still getting used to the feel of a foam mattress, but so far it's helped me get more sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this mattress for three weeks now. It feels good thus far, but not as amazing as I thought it would based on all the reviews. Maybe my previous mattress just wasn't that bad. The industrial manufacturing smell still lingers -- after three weeks! It has gotten better somewhat, but it stayed around too long; and still does. The first two weeks were bad because we were surrounded by that smell. You can't really sit on the edge of the mattress to put on socks etc. there is not much support there.

This was such an easy experience. I was nervous that I might not like the mattress, but it is so comfortable and I immediately have noticed my back feels so much better. I wish we had gotten this mattress sooner! (and the pillows are great too!)
