The mattress is comfortable, but......

I requested white glove service and it took about five weeks until I received the mattress. When I bought it I was concerned about "off gassing". The woman I spoke with said that I wouldn't have any problems with this because of the adhesives used when assembling "The Casper" don't cause "off gassing". Unfortunately, the bed had a strong chemical scent that lasted for about seven weeks. After the first month it wasn't as strong, but I still detected it every time I walked into my bedroom. The bed is comfortable for me. I am 5'2" and 120 pounds. I have a queen hybrid. It's very easy for my to rotate the bed by myself. However, after about two hours sleeping, or so, I wake up roasting. I am buying a cooling topper today and hopefully that will solve the heat problem. I wish I could love the bed, and I've thought about returning it. Hopefully, the mattress topper will solve my "heat" problem. (I must say customer service is SUPER!!! Quick acting and extremely helpful!!!

Wanted to love it, but this style unfortunately doesn't work for me as a strict side sleeper.

To be fair, the mattress itself is one of the most subjective products a consumer can purchase. 1 person can find a mattress extremely soft and a different person can find that same mattress extremely firm. The likability is determined by so many external factors such as weight, body type as well as the build and or frame of a particular human being. I think Casper as a mattress company tries to manufacture mattresses that suit the largest range of the population. Their goal is to find what most people consider comfortable and build a mattress based on that information. While that is a solid and logical business model, it cannot be considered perfect by any means. What makes Casper such a dynamic company is that they understand this to be the case and give the consumer a very inviting opportunity to find what they are looking for with fairness and optimism. that being said, i do applaud Casper with regards to their business culture and while not every person will find their mattresses comfortable, i do believe that they have made every reasonable effort to create a mattress buying experience that can be considered nothing less than impressive.

Finally Relief of a.m. Pain!

Doesn’t Feel Like Your Typical Mattress

I do not toss and turn like before. I highly recommend for a trial. I tried the Hybrid first, was not for me too bouncy. I’m a edge sleeper, with the Hybrid while I was on the edge, I felt like I was going to fall off. So I exchange it for the Casper(model below the Hybrid) it’s perfect for me. I do not feel like I’ll roll off the edge! Give them a try!!

After looking at countless mattresses and reading countless reviews, I ordered a twin Casper mattress for my son (7). He loves it and within a few nights was sleeping better. He invited his best friend over just to show it to him! It is so comfortable that I'm a little jealous. Looks like we'll be getting a Casper for our room when we need a new mattress in the next year or two. Shipped quickly, arrived in perfect condition, and set-up was a breeze. Can't wait to have my own and will sing your praises!
