A perfect mattress for anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy with our Casper Mattress. We previously had a sprung mattress that had really not lasted well. I had all sorts of back and neck pain, which I never considered could be caused by my bed. It was! I am a side and back sleeper, I now wake up completely pain free and refreshed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone as a good purchase.

We needed a new mattress and researched the Casper mattress. My wife is 5'2 120 lbs and I am 6' 260 lbs, so finding a mattress that works for both of us is difficult. However, since purchasing the Casper two months ago, we have both had the best nights sleep that we have had in years. We have slept straight thru the night and woke with no back or hip pain. I purchased 'The Casper' about 2 years ago and loved it starting out. It was super soft and fluffy. But after a year and a half, it became indented and saggy. I wish I didn't spend this much money on something that doesn't last. The mattress has gone much too soft. It absorbs my body and doesn't support anything. I'm a back sleeper and I wake up feeling like I was hunched over all night because that's how little support there is.
If I could choose over, I would not choose this bed again.

Good quality, very comfortable

We bought the Casper hybrid several weeks ago and overall we're very happy with it. It arrived quickly and was relatively easy to unpack. It took a few hours to fully expand from its compressed packaging. It did have a bit of a chemical odor (as many other reviews have noted) so we left it on the floor of our bedroom for two days to air out. The odor is noticeable but not too strong, and faded away over the next two weeks or so. We found it only a minor annoyance and probably unavoidable given the materials used in the mattress. But those who are sensitive to odors should consider unpacking the mattress and leaving it to air out until the odor is gone or sufficiently reduced. It's worth the wait. Unless you are super sensitive to odors, the mild initial odor of this mattress shouldn't sway you from considering it.
We are both side sleepers and have found the mattress quite comfortable, with no soreness in our hips or shoulders. It feels a little firmer than we expected, but our previous mattress was perhaps too cushy by comparison. It's also much cooler than our previous mattress. We liked that more than we expected. We waited several weeks before posting this review so we feel confident in the 5 -star rating we're giving.
