Best mattresses we've ever owned.

Mattress made for Princesses!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great support as a side sleeper- at first I was not sure it was for me, my shoulders and upper back were hurting- but it turns out my pillow needed to be changed out. We (I am 5’3, 150 lb and my SO is 6’ 180) are both side sleepers and move around at night quite a bit and We hardly wake up when the other gets up! If you’re looking to “sink in” this mattress style specifically isn’t for you, it’s quite firm.

Good product, great service - wished more comfort levels

I purchased the Casper Hybrid, hoping it would be soft enough. I am 210lb side sleeper with occasional sore hips & shoulders. The mattress was delivered promptly and it took two of us to get the mattress in-place. The main negative was the off-gassing which was mild, but still noticeable after a week. The mattress was close to what I wanted, but a bit too hard waking up with sore shoulders. I tried a memory foam topper, but didn't like the feel. I decided to return the mattress instead of trying different toppers. The process was professional and everything went smoothly. I ultimately went with a latex mattress from a local store, but at 3x the price. Overall, I like the company and the level of service. I just wished they offered more products, such as a softer mattress.

Very, very good

A few years ago, we were in the market for a new mattress. After considerable research - we came up with a winner. We ordered the Casper Cal King. It came in a not very large box. We opened in on the living room floor and got a kick out of it expanding. It had been shrink wrapped, so it started way smaller than any mattress we'd ever seen. It then grew and grew all night long - and by morning - it was at its full size.
We muscled it down 2 halls into our bedroom. I can sleep on a rock or a featherbed; that's just how I am - but my wife is more particular/normal, so it took about a week before she pronounced it excellent!

I have intentionally waited a few years to give a review, as I wished to see how it held up over time. We just now finished rotating it(which is a bit of a chore, as it does not have handles. This thing is as good as the day we got it! No kidding! And I weigh 190 and my wife 147, so it's not like feather weights have been laying on it.
This is an Excellent product.

Not for side sleepers

Haven't slept since September... Sore shoulders and numb hands. Horrible. To be fair, it never smelled at all like other customers complain about. Now I'm stuck with it.

We ordered the whole package, bed frame, foundation, mattress, mattress cover for our Christmas gift to each other. Replacing a 12 year old inner spring. It was surprisingly easy to put together. And we did all of the reading and decided not to form an opinion for 30 days, there is a lot of change going on when you switch. After the 1st 2 weeks, we both had the feeling that we did not want to get out of that new bed! Now, after 30 days, it is true! I am going to bed early so I get to spend more time in it. We are asleep in about a minute and stay asleep. So comfortable! It was one of the best presents we have ever given ourselves.
