This mattress is dangerously good. There have been multiple instances when I have laid down to relax and have accidentally fallen asleep, waking up in a startle at 5 am. I also have never had a mattress where I fall asleep in one position and then a full 8 hours later wake up in the same exact position. Honestly this bed is so comfortable that it sparked on a bought of sleep paralysis because my body would be so comfortable and drift off to sleep before my brain would! Still worth it, I love my bed so much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the standard thickness one. 150 lb side sleeper and for me I wanted just a tiny bit more softness on the top layer, so I added a quilted topper. I've only had it for a month, but so far no numb arm from sleeping on it. I wouldn't say the mattress needs a topper, just for my own personal taste it gives it that little extra something. I opened the package in the middle of the day, and there was a slight odor, but by the time I went to sleep I didn't recall noticing it and I forgot all about that until now, so whatever new mattress odor there was went away pretty quick.
