Ease of assembly with comfort unlimited. Each and every night is a healing experience and this is someone with a lifetime of arthritis. Opening the box was easy and very convenient for us, as it was difficult to get a king size mattress up our stairs. So far my husband and I are enjoying the bed. I have woken up each morning without the sore neck from my previous mattress! I would certainly recommend Casper to anyone looking for a bed, and may be buying another one for my daughter!
