My Backs Best Friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a queen size Casper given to us as a gift about four years ago- it was a game changer. Last year we decided to upgrade to a king size bed and went with a competitor. For the past year I’ve suffered from back pain and lack of sleep. Two weeks ago we finally saved up enough to rejoin the Casper family with a king size Casper and my back couldn’t be any happier! Thanks for the restful sleep Casper- and lesson learned- I’ll never sway away again!

Like sleeping on a cloud….with back support

The delivery and the unboxing were relatively painless. I was kept posted on order status and ETA from the moment I ordered it. I was able to get the king size Casper up the stairs by myself and open it up on the foundation (it admittedly would have been easier with another person). I ordered the mattress protector as well and washed it per the recommendation prior to putting it on the mattress. Now for the important part, the sleep quality. I bought this at the urging of my wife, who had been dissatisfied with our old "pick a number" mattress for some time. She could never find a setting to her liking on that thing, which at the end of the day, let's face it is really just a dressed up air mattress. I have always preferred a firm mattress, and she prefers it softer. We drove to MA to test drive the Casper at a company store before deciding on it. I was amazed that somehow, the makeup of the Casper can satisfy the wants of both of us. It's somehow not "too soft" for me (and I am 250 lbs) and it's not too firm for her. Have been sleeping on it for 2 weeks now, and it has been fantastic; the most restful and deep sleep of our lives. Thanks Casper.

The most comfortable firm bed

This bed is incredibly comfortable for being on the firm side. I had a pillow top prior to this bed and the Casper is on a completely different level. I wanted something more firm and this really does the trick. I've slept in an old school firm mattress before that feels like you're sleeping on concrete - this mattress is not like that. My back feels great and its so easy to fall asleep.
The unboxing process was really easy. I was able to do it by myself and it took no time at all - instructions were simple.
I'd definitely recommend this to a friend.
