Long story short…mattress was delivered in 2 days, with no issues. Unwrapped and allowed it to breathe for 2 nights because it did have a chemical smell to it. 3rd night slapped a comfy mattes pad on it. Had a sleep number before Casper and honestly there is no comparison. The Casper was very comfortable and I woke with no shoulder or hip pain. It was so worth the money. Very satisfied with mattress and so is my body!
