Disappointed

I ordered my Casper since it was one of the top rated mattresses in Consumer Reports. The mattress is much too soft for my liking. I even put on the My Pillow Mattress Topper. It didn't help. Perhaps Casper makes a firmer version?

I slept on a Casper Original at my sisters place and fell in love. This mattress is so comfortable and so easy. I purchased one for my son and he loves it.

Smaller than advertised

I've had the Casper full-sized mattress for over a year. At some point I noticed that it didn't fit right in my bedframe. I took measurements, and sure enough, the mattress was smaller than a standard full-size. Casper claims their full-sized mattress is 53” x 75”. The bottom of my mattress measured 52" x 73". The top is even smaller. It might not seem like a big difference, but it feels pretty small for two people!
I contacted Capser about this issue and never heard back from them. When it's time to replace the mattress I'll probably get something else.

Very hard mattress, nothing special

I had really high hopes for this mattress after reading many great reviews. I used to have a very soft mattress, but always got hot. So I switched to Casper hoping that it was just what I needed. I sleep okay, but am sore all the time. and it hurts to sleep on my side. I kept thinking this was okay because of everyone else who swears by it. I wish I had returned it, but I kept it past the 100 days because I just figured I would still get used to it. It's now been 8 months and I'm regretting it.

Too hard and firm

This mattress is so hard. We thought it would be light and fluffy and soft but it is the opposite. Not sure why a foam mattress is so firm but that's just what it is and that's what we were not expecting.
