The mattress arrived quickly but the box was almost destroyed. UPS is so rough on packages any more. The internal packaging is pretty tough and the mattress was undamaged. Pretty easy to open the box obviously however. The mattress is wrapped very tight to keep it from opening until your ready. Once you have it where you want it, penetrate the vacuum bag and watch it open itself up. Pretty amazing. I also bought the cover just to keep it clean. My old, deep pocket sheets don't fit it very well at all since it's only 10" thick. Time for new sheets that I really needed anyway. Sleeping on it is something you just have to do to understand how it feels. It is just so supportive and comfortable. It seems to allow you to almost float on it at first then slowly settle in. I do think it took me a couple of weeks to get used to it but now, I absolutely love it. Great purchase, not inexpensive, great opportunity to return it (no chance) and great warranty. Great mattress!

I love my Casper bed. I used to wake up in the middle of the night with my back and shoulders hurting. I used to flip and flop all night long. Now I wake up fresh after sleeping a good 8 hours without no back or shoulder pain and waking up in the same sleeping position I started with.

We have had the Casper mattress for about 3 weeks now and have loved it from Day 1! Everything was super easy to set up (we got the Casper Bedframe and Foundation, as well) and the mattress was ready as soon as we put it on the bed. It's so quiet and we can't feel each other during the night, when the other moves around. We look forward to going to sleep every single night. I sleep every night pain free (lower back pain). I highly recommend this mattress.
