So Disappointed

I’m so disappointed! This mattress came so highly recommended. But it is WAY too hard. I’ve been trying to give it a chance. We have had our Casper mattress since the middle of June. I’ve been contemplating returning it. I just don’t want to deal with the hassle of trying to find something else. Hopefully it will soften up more within the next couple of weeks.

We have been sleeping on an original Casper bed for about a year and love it! Our main issue lies in the bed foundation. While it’s super compact and easy to assemble, the support is simply not there. The slats move around constantly and there’s no way to easily adjust them back without lifting the entire mattress. This is always a 2 person job and especially irritating because we were told we had to buy a Casper bed frame with the Casper mattress. None of the bed frame options lift the mattress off the floor much either which is fine if you like sleeping closer to the ground but not for us. We’re not left with many choices at this point because we can’t just use any old bed frame.
I’m writing this review because I was hoping after a year there would be more bed frames to choose from. It doesn’t appear to be the case so it would be nice if in the future this could be a focus. The mattress is fine but misses the mark without good, well built, compatible bed frames. I’m hoping we can find something somewhere else that meets our needs better.

I am so torn about this mattress. Unfortunately I ordered it before Christmas and then went on a long trip to Europe so wasn't able to really test it out before the 100 day period was up. That being said, it's not a terrible mattress; it just isn't a very good one for me. It is pretty soft, so that should be your first warning if you aren't a soft-mattress kind of person.
When I first got it, I was thrilled. I would hit the mattress and just fall asleep instantly. However, my issues started popping up not too long after. At first my back started to ache because I just wasn't getting enough support. And then I actually hurt my back and had to sleep on the floor because my mattress only made matters worse. Lesson learned on my part: don't buy a mattress if you won't be able to extensively give it a go before the return period closes.

I purchased the original mattress after a friend recommend it and I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. This mattress is as hard as sleeping on the floor. I’ve had this mattress for 3 weeks now and is going back as soon as they can pick it up. I wake in the middle of the night very hot and with shoulder pain from how stiff this thing is.

BEST PURCHASE EVER

I don’t give reviews very often but as I lay in my bed I just keeping thinking about how much I love my mattress and I believe that this mattress deserves an honest review. I got the idea for the mattress from Christopher Titus because he said on his podcast that it was the best mattress he has ever slept on, and he still gets excited to get into bed. I was in need of a new mattress so I figured 100 nights why not give it a try. I have to give the credit were it is due and you called it Titus. 8 months later and I still get excited to get into bed. The best way to describe it is every night is like climbing onto a cloud with the nice cooling feel of the freshly made bed! I used to wake up multiple times in the night just tossing and turning. I couldn’t remember a morning I didn’t wake up feeling tired and stuff. That aching pain in your neck or your back that you get when you slept wrong. It would ruin the rest of you day. I also never wanted to get up in the morning because I always felt groggy. No I wake up earlier feeling awake and refreshed. The pains have also seemed to have disappeared. I absolutely love this bed and I recommend it to anyone looking for a great mattress. The list of positives on this mattress is endless, so I’m going to end it here and go to sleep. Sweet Dreams
