The instructions from Casper as to the unboxing of the mattress was simple & easy to follow. Per Casper they recommend that you place the mattress on the foundation prior to removing the plastic protective wrap. The plastic wrapping was removed by rolling out the mattress on the foundation. it is as easy 1-2-3. The sleep on the Casper mattress is great. I have never sleep better in the last 15 years! Great mattress! Excellent customer service team, which is very knowledgeable, friendly & polite.

Superb in every way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A far superior mattress than our previous conventionally designed mattress. The Casper original is supportive and still soft enough for an 8 hour sleep without making my back feel beaten up.

Best Mattress Ever!
