Why 5 stars – because they don’t have six or ten as options.
I am now the owner of a Casper mattress and could not be happier. Please don’t judge it the first time you sit down on it. Being foam, you are placing all your weight on a small part of the mattress. But rather swing your legs up and lie back.
See how the weight is now spread proportionately over the full surface. Oh, that feels so much better. And that is after only 10 minutes being exposed to air to grow it in size. My previous bed was a Sleep Number mattress where I could control the firmness, but this mattress takes all the guess work out of the equation. It compacts differently in different places based on your weight.
My first night was wonderful, and I found better sleep each of the first couple of nights. Probably took a while to fully expand to the max. And every night since has been excellent. I have less back pain, less leg pain. Did I say I was 80+? The only thing you can feel sorry about, is the fact that you waited so long to move to something this good.
My wife was hesitant, but her first nap had her agreeing with me on comfort. And, finally it is made in the USA and we are in favor of keeping our money right here.
Thanks Casper, no worries about this one coming back in the 100 day (night) trial period unless you want to buy it back from me at twice the price. Then I’ll turn around and buy another using one of my kids name and address. God bless the USA and companies that make products that excel.

Unboxing was interesting. Better than trying to drag it in. Better than my other mattress which sprung a leak in the air mattress and my partner kept poo-pooing me. We have a California King and his side didn't leak so it couldn't possibly be happening. Finally, I just bought this one without consulting him, had him dismantle my side of the bed and placed it on top of the deflated bladder. Yes, I would recommend it. I am sleeping better, my hand was going numb but now it isn't . Only complaint which would probably be hard to fix is the smell of the factory dirt got to me in the beginning. I have an incredible sense of smell and even with the cover on, it still was an odd smell. I also bought the pillow and like that too.
