Great, terrible delivery

I love my mattress and bed frame. Both of which were great. However I ordered a headboard and it came damaged. Then it took about a month for a replacement to come and it is also damaged. Buy the mattress, outsource the frame and headboard.

We actually bought this mattress for our Son and his girlfriend. In our immediate family, we own 5 Casper's. My Son and his Dad unboxed it, as I videoed it for his girlfriend. They are on their second week sleeping on it, and they both love it! I asked his girlfriend the other day how the new mattress slept. Her reply, "Great!! I haven't woke up with hip pain at all." She did on her old mattress. We are going to be buying another family member a Casper soon.

It was interesting watching the mattress grow but the unboxing was a bit difficult. I was barely able to "walk" it in the door. UPS left it on the porch. There was no way I could get it upstairs. Neighbor young man brought it up and unboxed with me.

I do love it. With my previous mattress I had a hard time finding a comfortable position. Plus I had pain in my hips that just wouldn’t quit. Now almost every position is comfortable and I haven’t had those hip pains since the mattress arrived.

You deserve this bed

Super comfortable. Has the perfect amount of support. Firm enough to provide proper joint support but still has the softness that makes you feel like you’re “in” bed rather than just “on” a bed. My old mattress was giving me lower back pain and within a week of sleeping on this it went away. And it’s a great price. GET THE BED, you deserve it.

Okay mattress

I’d tried the Casper Original a few years ago and really loved it- this one is a different mattress. I ordered the Queen original. It’s not as thick, it did not expand to the full length advertised, and doesn’t have as much bounce and support. I had to send it back. The smell was also overwhelming.
