[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Casper bed, base, pillows and duvet, kinda pricey, but got a pretty good deal for the 4th of July sale. Only complaint is that it’s kind of noticeable when someone is tossing/turning in bed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been sleeping on the new mattress for two weeks now and we both think it is comfortable and soft to lay on. It's taken some time to adjust as we both had some back soreness initially after having a spring mattress for 10 years. Overall I've slept well and like the feel of the Casper so far.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first memory foam bed, always had spring-based mattresses. It is a huge improvement, and I highly recommend the Casper bed. Did the 100 day trial not fully intent on keeping it but I ended up keeping it, so comfortable.
The Casper: Looks great, great first impression, WORST mattress made me seek medical help

In short: trying the Casper cost me almost the price of the Cal-King mattress in massage therapy and chiropractor. Do not buy if you weight above 200 lbs. (it is a great mattress for lighter people, I believe)
The full story: I am 6'6" at ~220 lbs and a side sleeper. I believe that combination is why the Casper turned into a nightmare. Unpacking was exciting! The mattress is beautifully made, felt great laying on my back, and I was excited to sleep on it. Woke up with hip and shoulder pain, and that pain went to extremely painful and no longer manageable after about 10 days to 2 weeks - at age 52, I've never in my life had experienced such bad shoulder and back pain. I think what happened was that my hips sank through the lovely comfort layers to the pretty firm support layer, which caused bad pressure points. Similar on my shoulder. My wife, who is much lighter, had a great experience and loved the Casper. For me, one month later and four 90 minutes massages with a specialist, I am still suffering from shoulder/upper back pains and I am scheduled for a Chiropractor and more massage therapy.
My "Nap" Turned into a 10 Hour Snooze - and I regret nothing!

The day I got my Casper, I decided to take a nap to test the mattress out. A friend was supposed to come over in an hour so I set my alarm to wake up from my nap. The mattress ended up being so comfortable that my "nap" turned into an 10 hour snooze -- I slept through my alarm, my doorbell, and the ringing of over ten calls from my friend. She apparently stood at my door knocking for 30 minutes before she gave up and went home. Sorry, Hannah -- but at least I got the best sleep of my life!
Pretty good! Growing on sleeping on a mattress almost as firm as the floor (and I liked it, mind you), our Casper's foamy softness is quite a change! However, as one who can sleep on almost any mattress, I think the real advantage of purchasing a Casper mattress is the limited choices, compatible products, and convenient delivery. The idea of traditional mattress shopping is overwhelming--if I have only slept on a few different types of mattresses in my life, how I am supposed to know what ONE of the 50 variations found in a mattress store would be right for me? Casper's limited selection of mattresses made the choice easy. I was also able to purchase a box spring ("foundation") and mattress protector, all to be delivered at the same time as my mattress. If you are an easy sleeper or like foam mattresses and you like convenience, I would recommend the Casper.
