I had high hopes...

I've been sleeping on a worn out spring mattress forever and I decided I needed a change. I was eyeing Caspers mattresses for awhile and finally decided to get one. I chose the Original Hybrid model. Delivery took over 3 weeks (due to high demand), but I didn't mind since I didn't need it right away. Set up was extremely easy, two people are probably needed because it's pretty heavy. I was very underwhelmed when I first played on the mattress. It felt pretty firm and not conforming at all. I still gave it a chance and decided to sleep on the bed for at least a month. I have to note that I'm a very light weight person who doesn't exert much pressure. You may find it comfortable, but I certainly didn't. I woke up every single day with excruciating neck, shoulder and back pain. I tested every single pillow in my house to make sure it wasn't just my pillow, and nope, I still continued to wake up in pain. After a month of suffering I decided to schedule a return. The customer service is AMAZING. They got straight to the point without asking me too many questions and got it picked up the same week I called. Even after returning the mattress, my back is still ruined. The back pain is slowly diminishing but it's still there. Before you buy this mattress please consider your weight and firmness preference. As it will greatly affect how you sleep. On a positive note, this mattress is of high quality and seems very durable. Even though I had a bad experience, you may love the mattress. Either way, you can always call support for a return during the 100 night trial.

The unboxing is quite interesting and not hard at all. There is no comparison in my Casper and any other mattress I've ever had. I will definitely recommend Casper to anyone I know who is in need of a new mattress.

Works like a dream!

Love love love my Casper! I bought one for a rental property and I got so many compliments that I bought one for myself. Then my son tried sleeping on mine and loved it so I bought him one. We're a Casper loving family! Love the pillows too. I found other foam mattresses are so heavy they can't be lifted to put the fitted bottom sheets on. Casper works like a dream!

Frame not as good as I had expected.

My bed and wood frame was delivered and set up today. After the gentlemen left I was making the bed. I went to move it an inch or so to center it on the wall. I heard a little crack and something fall. A piece of wood was laying on the floor.
