Arms fall asleep and sore back in the morning

We bought the original hybrid. It's been a pretty horrible sleep for the initial months compared to my regular spring mattress. I wake up in the middle of the night with my arms completely asleep from pressure points. Every morning I wake up to lower back pain because the foam does not provide enough support. I do not recommend this mattress.

Super comfortable mattress! We bought the queen size and find that it sleeps relatively cool as well, which is always a plus. Excellent value for the price. Easy delivery and set up. Definitely recommend if looking for a high quality, budget option mattress!

Loved it at first, sagging really bad < 6 months old

Got the Casper Wave Hybrid about five months ago. At first it was wonderful. Now, it’s absolutely killing my back. All of the support is gone. When I lay on it I sink way down, and it’s extremely uncomfortable. I emailed support about a replacement. If it turns out mine is just defective I will alter my review. As of right now, I’m extremely disappointed.
