Sleeping On A Literal Rock

Had multiple casper pillows before my last one. Most of them were very good. My last one, however, was like sleeping on a rock. And not just any rock... a rock harder than Dwayne The Rock Johnson. I kid but seriously... I have never had a pillow that barely moves or budges when sleeping on it. I thought for sure that, over time, the pillow would get softer (as most do) but nope... months later, it's still the hardest pillow I have ever used. When contacting service to see how I can be helped, they told me it was a preference problem and not a Casper issue. I don't know who prefers to sleep on a rock, but not this guy. This will be the final casper pillow I purchase

I was super skeptical about Casper but had tried it in a friend's guest room and decided to give it a shot. So comfortable and supportive and cooling. Everything I was looking for in a matress.
