We have an original hybrid. For sleeping by myself, it is very comfortable - 5 stars. For sleeping with my spouse, it is terrible - 1 star. My husband weighs about 200 lb and I weigh about 110 lb. The bed sinks down around him a lot, giving a bowl shape to the bed. When I sleep next to him, I am falling down the edge of the bowl. It is very uncomfortable and I have a lot of back and hip pain that I don't have if I sleep on the mattress alone. Also, the mattress is very bouncy. Any time he moves at all it bounces - almost as bad as a water bed. I hate this mattress. I really wish we had returned it within the return period. I gave the 3 stars on the review as an average of the two.

The unboxing was fun. I have never had a mattress that is so comfortable that I celebrate getting into bed. It’s very difficult to get moving in the morning. Never any stiff bones after a very restful night’s sleep.

I was having back pain from my old matress so I researched about 10 different mattresses. I ended up choosing Casper and I am so happy I did ive had it about a year now and my back has felt so much better. I know this because I have been sleeping in another bed for a week and my back pain started happening again. Casper 10/10

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable mattress. Sturdy foundation. Strong and squeak-free bed frame. Easy to set up too. Only minor complaint is that the mattress had quite a strong chemical odor. It was especially strong the first few days, and it’s lingered now into the next month. No longer gives me a headache, but it’s still there a bit. Worth this inconvenience for the mattress’s good level of comfort, though.
