Better than my Old Mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a lot better than my old mattress, which was 30 years old. I’m no longer having back pain from sleeping. And I sleep better than I used to. Overall a very good mattress.

It took a few weeks to get all the parts (frame, foundation, mattress, and mattress cover.), but it was worth the wait. The first night I slept on it I fell asleep in a few minutes, and slept longer than I have in years. I would recommend this mattress to anyone.

If you are skeptical, just buy it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I didn’t know what to expect with buying a mattress without laying on it but it has been a great experience. I don’t wake up to my wife tossing and turning and I just feel better each day I’ve slept on it. I’m almost an incredibly hot sleeper and i don’t get hot in this bed! I encourage people that are skeptical to just buy it.

Wanted to love it - didn’t work for me unfortunately.

We decided to get the hybrid Nova mattress because it was advertised for back pain. Previously, we were sleeping on a 5-6 year old all-foam mattress. I had low back pain every night which was getting worse, so we decided it was time for a new bed.
Shipping was great. Easy to unpack and set up on our platform-slatted bed. My back pain improved initially for the first week we slept on it. A week or two after that, I started to have different back aches in my upper, mid, and lower back. My old lower back pain improved, but didn’t quite go away. We stuck it out for about 6 weeks before I decided it was time to try something else. I figure if we are going to spend big money on a good bed, I want my back pain to be eliminated.
Customer support with returns was very helpful to navigate the return process. Although we didn’t have a local nonprofit nearby to donate the bed to since we live in a semi-remote area, we were able to dispose and recycle the bed with our local waste collection.
I was excited for this bed and really really wanted to love the bed especially with all the reviews. But in the end it didn’t resolve the back aches and pains for me. I suspect it’s that the bed was too plush for me, and that I need a firm bed.
