I was worried buying a bed that I haven’t felt in person but the 100 night guarantee helped ease my mind a little. The bed came and I had white glove set up and take away. They were so nice and helpful. The bed was set up quickly. I immediately laid down and felt so comfortable. This is the best bed I’ve had my entire life. My fiancé is in love with it. We both sleep amazing. No more aches and pains. Best choice I ever made! Love this bed so much. We highly recommend it.

Disappointed somewhat

The unboxing was different. I have enjoyed the mattress and then I got to thinking that I was sleeping in a valley like my previous worn out mattress. I laid right in the middle of the mattress and there was a hard ridge. Not comfortable. Is this a normal thing with your mattress or is this a fluke?
