Princess-level satisfaction.

We were feeling like the Princess and the Pea - we've bought several different mattresses over the years but were unhappy with all of them (including a mattress that was purple on one side). We started to think it was us, not the mattresses. Then we went with the Casper original King. It arrived fast, was easy to carry through the house, up the stairs and in the bedroom, and it was fun to watch as it expanded like a puffer fish to a normal size king mattress. No sags, no lumps, perfect level of support - and the Casper king pillow is my unicorn as well - it has the ideal loft for my precious little head. We are very happy. Thank you Casper!

Very disappointed

Nova hybrid,
Very soft and very hot. It is easier to get out of bed and back into it than roll onto your other side. Regrettably my tired out Serta is more comfortable and a third of the price. Customer service was the best part, no questions they arranged to have this picked up.

Overwhelming stench

My mattress topper has the most awful smell. I had a headache within 15 minutes of unboxing.
So I put it out on a clean table in my garage and left the garage door open...for hours...and hours. All night 8 hours (with the door shut.) then all day with the door open 10 hours during a very windy day.
It still reeks.
It is not usable and likely not safe without access to fresh air.
But it’s winter and I can’t leave my bedroom window open!
I have no complaints about the comfort of the topper. Just the chemical odor.
I wish you the best with your order.
