We took the still wrapped mattress into the bedroom. We laid the mattress on the bed and unrolled it. It was really cool watching it grow. As for recommending to friends or family, already recommended to friends in Chicago.
My husband and I have both been sleeping so much sounder than on our old mattress. Really enjoying my new pillow as well.

The mattress arrived in a box that was totally mangled and taped back together. Probably too heavy for that kind of box. Fortunately, it was undamaged. After carefully slicing open the shrink-wrap, it "inflated" within a few minutes. Sleep is comfortable, certainly much better than the worn out memory foam mattress it replaced.

The unboxing was the only thing I enjoyed. I'm so disappointed I couldn't wait to get this mattress and I'm so bummed because it is the worse mattress I have ever had. I kept thinking maybe I just need to get used to it, unfortunately its over a month and I wake up in pain everyday!
