Comfort in a box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a well overdue purchase. Eventually all the pieces arrived over many days. The only problem I had was moving the mattress from the driveway to the second floor. Be sure to have two people to move it. Its heavy and cumbersome. But as soon as it’s upstairs and open you can feel the comfort. Its been a nice experience for the 2 weeks since it arrived. Great relaxing sleep. Enjoy your Casper.

Smell hasn’t gone away

First thing I noticed about this mattress is the smell. It’s overwhelming. We left a fan blowing on it for 2-3 days with the window opened to help air it out before we used it. I thought the smell was gone and finally made the bed. It was not gone - the room just had so much fresh air. When we lift the covers to get in, we are hit with overpowering chemical smell. I understand that it’s not toxic, but it makes it hard to breathe and gives me a headache. The site says whatever smell at unboxing dissipates in a few hours. That is 100% not true in our experience. My partner emailed and was told it should last more than a day. It’s been five days. If the smell isn’t gone by 7 days, we are returning it since we thankfully didn’t get rid of our old mattress yet. Additionally, it’s a lot firmer than anticipated. I’m a small person and it’s like sleeping on the ground because I don’t weigh enough to really push down on the foam at all. My partner says it’s firm, but it’s not as bad for him. I really want to like this mattress, but so far it’s just not worth the hype for us.

I enjoy sleeping on this and it feels great !

My husband and I went mattress shopping because I have the worst back ever. I have ribs that slip out all of the time and visit the chiropractor once every two weeks to help me. We laid on this very mattress in the store and both fell in love. Which is hard since we like different types. I like a little more firm and he wants a little more cushion. This met both of our requirements somehow...since it's such a big purchase, we got home and slept on it. Then the next day, we both woke up and said heck yes. We did the bundle and got the mattress, a cover and the foundation for such an amazing price. Its been three weeks, I havent gone back to the chiropractor once and I have no pain. We both sleep so well at night. It is a little more firm but I know that it will soften a bit. I could not be more happier with our purchase. I love our Casper!
