Wonderful for 1 year, too soft after 2 years

I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but this is how it went. Our previous mattresses included springs, futons, and latex foam with a wool pad on top. The latex with wool was incredible, and lasted over six years with no discernible deterioration or change in resistance. When it finally wore out, after 9-10 years, we tried the trendy Casper ('The Casper' mattress. For the first year, it was just as they advertise; not too soft, not too firm, wonderful. Over the second year, it gradually softened, and by the end of the second year, we were sinking too far into the mattress, had to lift ourselves up in order to roll over, disrupting sleep. If you like a soft mattress, The Casper should be great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had a traditional bed for about 2-3 years, I had a futon when the frame of my bed broke i thought it would cost alot of cash for a new one. I looked around and saw that i was right and so decided to wait. While watching a podcast (rooster teeth) i heard of casper. They said its like sleeping on a cloud. Now this was a lie it is way better. Its like sleeping on a _____, does not do it justice. Casper is such a nice soft bed to compare it to anything else is just not right. Keeps me cool in this heatwave lets me sleep all day and i dont even need a pillow at night because of the comfort.
