The company was very helpful. Expedited delivery was amazing. The packaging was pretty cool. So amazing to get a mattress in the mail. The 'box spring' came in a small box. Helpful considering it had to go up a narrow stairway.I was debating whether I would need a topper, but it was very comfortable without one. My only complaint was the mattress cover didn't fit. I opted for the thinner version and it was obviously for the deeper version.Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

My husband and I do not get woken up by each other getting up in the middle of the night for the bathroom or to get our little one. We also have different bed preferences (me firmer and him softer) and this bed has worked for both of us! It's like it molds to our bodies and works for exactly what we need. We love this bed!

Bought the Casper knowing that I had a 100 day trial, and kept my matress just in case. Wow! Casper was amazing, not only my shoulder pain disappeared within a week, but also my hips and lega feel extra rested, I’m waking up feeling 10 years younger. Threw old matress right away. We are very happy with the Casper mattress. We sleep so well now. We bought the king frame, base and mattress and feel very little bed movement /shaking when one of us rolls or gets up. I was only getting 6-7 hours sleep, but I’m getting about 8 hours/night now. It’s awesome.
