I slept on the mattress right after I received it, and found it way more comfortable than the Tempur-Pedic I had purchased a couple of years ago. I woke up in the morning with decreased tension in my shoulders and back.
My only problem with the mattress is "off-gassing", aka the smell of foam. I have been running the ceiling fan for a week now, and I will get back to sleeping on my Casper mattress again. Once the smell dissipates, it is a wonderful mattress.
