Love both the mattress and the pillow and I am a hard sell.

I have slept on a saggy mattress for years. I have a bad back and didn't realize how much the mattress was contributing to it. I bought another mattress from a box store and tried for 3 weeks. It was too firm and I just couldn't get used to it even with 1 & then 2 mattress toppers. So when the Wave arrived I was skeptical. After sleeping on it for 2 hours, tossing & turning, my feet fell asleep. So I pulled everything off and put on a memory foam topper. It made a huge difference. Even though it is on there, the Wave still supports my back and lets my shoulders sink a little and keeps them from falling asleep. After about 2 weeks now, I get up and am not so bent over and my back is feeling so much better. I'm thinking I may not have to have surgery (scary). I'm hoping that as my back adjusts a little more, I will be able to take the topper off and sleep directly on the mattress. So yes, I love my new Wave. I really didn't think that a mattress would make that much difference in my back but it does.
I also bought the pillow. I normally sleep on the flattest pillow I can find but was intrigued because it is a puffy pillow. I love it. I am still wondering why, because I have probably bought hundreds of dollars of pillows over the last 10 years. I also have a bad neck and nothing ever seemed to help. But. whatever it is, I am in love with this pillow too.

The “unboxing experience” went off without a problem. It quickly “inflated” before my eyes.
The mattress has a solid feel to it; it does not bounce, it cradles you. When you first get on it, it feels soft and you gently sink into it. However, your body reaches a point where you feel in perfect alignment whether you are lying on your side or back.
My old mattress gave me support when it was new. As it got older, that support gradually waned. It did not have a “pillow top” and, over time, I could feel pressure from the coil springs. As they began to sag, I now realize that my back was out of alignment and I was suffering with back pain.
It has been about a month since I started sleeping on the Casper and I honestly have not experienced back pain I endured with my old mattress. For this, i am grateful.
I was a little bit worried about feeling hot sleeping on a foam mattress. This has not been the case with the Casper. I always feel “toasty” when I awake in the morning, but I have never felt too warm.
I am very satisfied with the mattress and the Casper foundation that I also purchased.

The mattress is the best so good you don't want to get up. Best sleep i have ever had. Have a fitbit that tells restless old mattress 12 to 14 times a night now its around 4 did have a 8 one time. Yes i would recommend this mattress the Casper.

My fiance and I have the mattress for 2 weeks now and we love it!
I did not knew what it was to wake up without pain. Now with the Casper I sleep through the night and don't wake up with aches and pains.
The Casper has the same effect on my fiance. She loves the mattress and before we got to bed at night she says let's hop onto the "Clouds".

It is a good mattress, however sometimes I awaken with low back pain. Perhaps I need to get used to it. The pillows do not have neck support, so I get neck pain often.

I was skeptical at first - my husband bought it without checking with me. But after 1 month, I'm a believer. My skepticism came from the very omni-present marketing and the seeming focus on millennials, but it turned out to be an amazing mattress. Have not had this good sleep in years.

The mattress is great. Took a little while to get accustomed to the temperature difference over a regular mattress but it is great to sleep on. Unboxing when well. Was neat to see it inflate. Great job!
