We felt confident to put them in properties where many people will sleep on them because we've loved ours for a couple years now. And, no surprise, we get positive comments about them in the reviews that guests leave. The mattresses offer great support and do not get hot at all. Trust me, you'll get a great night's sleep on these mattresses. We own all "Casper" models.

My wife and I have been sleeping on a regular Casper mattress for over a month now. I had an issue with slightly bothersome pressure points on shoulders and hips (I'm a side sleeper) the first few nights but that went away. There was also a noticeable off-gassing smell those first few nights, but that too went away. I've had lower back troubles since my 20's and never found a mattress (been through about 5 I'd say through the decades) that didn't at least occasionally aggravate my lower back pain. So far, no lower back issues at all with the Casper. Bravo. Let's hope it lasts :-).

With lower back and hip pain I could not sleep over 4 hours. The pain would wake me up. Now l get 1 1/2 to 2 hours more sleep every night. The only mistake I made was not getting my Casper sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Found the Casper on line after reading several reviews. We had been sleeping on an inexpensive firm memory foam Queen. We decided to try it out at the store, and had a great experience - very pleasant but knowledgeable staff who were there when we needed them but otherwise left us to try the mattress. We had privacy in a build in enclave, pulled the curtain and we were able to try side and back sleeping - we are both 'mixed' sleepers. We ended up buying the foundation as well as the mattress right there at the store, they are packaged well with easy to maneuver boxes that fit into our hatchback with the seats folded down. We slept on the mattress right away, no off gassing, and immediately noticed how much more comfortable the mattress was than our old one. It has a softer top which molds whether we are on our backs or sides, and the added support in the low back is definitely noticeable. The weather in the last month has alternated between chilly at night and sweltering - and we've had no problem with feeling like the mattress sleeps 'hot'. Best of all, we no longer wake up with aches and pains, and we feel rested in the mornings

This has to be the best investment we've made - hands down (and we used to own a TempurPedic)! Since getting our Casper we've experienced the best restful sleep in years! No more tossing and turning, and no more sore shoulders or backs. We love this mattress and are customers for life now! Anytime we can, we tell our friends and family about our new Casper, because we think everyone should experience the best sleep of their life! It was so easy to get this mattress! Unlike the usual hassle of lugging a giant mattress from the parking garage and down a long, winding apartment hallway, my partner and I were able to carry the box between us easily and opened it up without issue to reveal a plush mattress! The chemical smell from the plastics wore off after a few days (we took the sheets off every day and left the windows open for it to air out), so no complaints there. The mattress itself is still a little bit firm for our tastes; we're both finding that it's difficult to sleep on our backs (a bit too supportive in the middle), but it's slowly wearing in a little bit, or we're just getting more used to it. Overall, a solid mattress that I would definitely recommend to a friend!
